Can you share some of the new ideas and perspectives which emerged from our sessions?
Our sessions brought clarity we had forgotten that we needed. After a long-time deep in the weeds, we finally had the time to clearly see how our short-term goals threaded into a larger picture.
That clarity is giving renewed structure to everything we do. The process helped us zoom out, define our direction, and then zoom back in with more focus.
What were your main takeaways from the sessions?
One of the biggest takeaways was just how rare—and valuable—it is to step back and think.
When you're deep in execution mode, there's barely time to pause, let alone make sense of the bigger picture. These sessions created that breathing room. They helped us structure our execution, not just react to it.
We came away with sharper focus, clearer priorities, and a better grasp on how to move forward with intent.
